One 30-minute lesson per week • Start as soon as you register • Billed monthly until cancellation

Program Policy
Waiver & Terms
All participants are required to sign a swim lesson waiver, which includes our terms and conditions, before attending their first class. A copy of the signed waiver will be provided for your records.
Parent/Guardian Supervision
A parent or guardian must accompany each student for the entire duration of every swim class. Children will not be allowed to enter the water unless a parent or guardian is present.
Facility Etiquette
Classes are held at a public facility. We kindly ask that you respect all students, instructors, hotel staff, guests, and the facility itself.
Personal Belongings
As there are no lockers or locker rooms available on site, we recommend bringing a swim bag or container to keep all swim gear and personal belongings together. Amazing Venture Circle is not responsible for any lost or damaged items on the premises.
Privacy (No Photos/Video)
Photography and videography are strictly prohibited during classes to ensure the privacy and comfort of all participants.
Changing Rooms
We recommend that students arrive dressed and ready to swim, as the facility offers only two private changing rooms, which may not always be available.
Cancellations & Missed Classes
Our class sizes are small to ensure quality instruction, which means spots are limited. For this reason, we do not offer make-up classes, refunds, or credits for missed classes. If a class is missed for any reason, it will still be charged.
In the event of a medical emergency or a situation beyond your control that impacts future attendance, reimbursement may be considered at the discretion of Amazing Venture Circle.
Weather, Maintenance & Program Cancellations
If a class must be canceled due to weather, pool maintenance, or any other issue outside of our control, a full refund for the missed class will be provided.
